Na Vayla PaPlern
About This Spot
Stepping into Na Vayla PaPlern feels like slipping into a quiet sanctuary tucked away from the city's usual hum. Nestled down a calm alley in Bangkok Noi, this vegan retreat carries a gentle stillness, where every detail—from the softly lit interiors to the welcoming smiles of the staff—invites you to slow down and savor the moment. It’s a place where the pace is unhurried, and the warmth of human connection blends effortlessly with a sense of mindful comfort.
Here, the kitchen hums quietly with creativity and care, offering dishes that feel both familiar and refreshingly new. Flavors from across Asia mingle on the plate, each bite revealing thoughtful touches that resonate deeply, whether it’s a richly spiced Japanese curry or a bowl of ramen that lingers on the palate long after the meal ends. The food invites reflection and appreciation—tools for nurturing both body and spirit.
The atmosphere is cozy but never crowded, an intimate space where guests—whether passing travelers or local neighbors—might find themselves sharing light conversation or simply savoring a quiet breakfast. It’s this balance that gives Na Vayla PaPlern its unique character: a space that feels less like a restaurant and more like a gathering place for those who appreciate soulful, plant-based cuisine presented with kindness and authenticity.
Beyond the food, the presence of the attached bed and breakfast deepens the feeling of sanctuary. Travelers speak of restful nights and genuine care, adding layers of comfort to the experience. For those who stay, the journey of discovery doesn’t end at the plate but extends into peaceful rooms and thoughtful hospitality that make returning here feel like coming home.

Na Vayla is a Bed and Breakfast place with an in house 100% Vegan Restaurant on first level which is authentic Thai Cuisine plus many other dishes you will not regret trying. Their food makes my heart sing with every spoonful. 5 STARS REVIEW HERE. Go try them.

I visited this restaurant for my friend's birthday. I really enjoyed the food at this cosy restaurant. The staff are super friendly and the menu is vast featuring Korean/ Thai/ Chinese food and a good range of desserts aswell. I enjoyed the Chasu Don, the vegan fish and the turnip cake. Right now, the restaurant has Christmas decorations and a beautiful tree. It's also a hotel. I didn't stay here but my friend told me the rooms are a good size and the breakfast is very tasty. Their sister restaurant is Vegan Mahanakhon.

What a fabulous vegan hotel. Food was delicious. Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a big en-suite. Located down an alley so protected from most road noise.

My husband and I came here for dinner - this restaurant is incredible! The food is absolutely unreal, I will be dreaming about their Tan Tan Men ramen forever. Best kombucha I've ever had too. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing place! I booked for 2 nights but I extended my stay :) The rooms are clean and well furnished, the staff is incredible and the food (all vegan) is beyond words. Definitely recommended if you are vegan - breakfast are always different, tasty and all vegan - but also if you are not :) We also had dinner here 3 times and it’s worth it. The metro is easily reachable in few minutes walks. Thank you so much!

Another great place from the talented owner of Vegan Mahanakron, and Vegan Pranakron. Just like in the other places, this restaurant has an elegant decor, relaxing ambient music playing and excellent service. The menu is an interesting blend of Thai, Japanese, Korean and even some Italian and Mexican. They have a beautiful showcase with desserts as you walk in, that got me sold as soon as I entered. There’s also a small guesthouse upstairs with a few rooms available for people wanting to stay in the area (a bit remote and away from city center). Prices are moderate and reasonable. Food quality and presentation as with the other restaurants of the same owner are top notch, highly recommended. Definitely make a special trip, even if far from where you stay.

Initially booked 4 nights and ended up staying almost 3 weeks because we enjoyed the space! This is the first vegan BnB I have stayed at and it is truly exceptional in terms of value for money, food and service. We arrived at midnight due to our late flight and the staff helped us with our luggage during check-in. Breakfast was delicious everyday with a main (usually rice or noodles), fruits, fried items, vegan cake and a choice of your drink You can also tell that the space is well thought out as there is a mini library with assortment of books and games for you to enjoy. The staff was kind and allowed me to borrow a zendoodle book back to my room and it was a good way to slow down without heading out. The whole building is 5 storeys, and there is a common sitting area at each floor equipped with fan and lights. There is also a communal fridge and bottled water provided. On the top floor, there is a balcony garden where you can relax and also a washing machine which you can use for 40 baht. The location is convenient with multiple 7-11 within walking distance, and the train station nearby brings you to tourist attractions like chatuchak market etc. The rooms were clean and well equipped with black out curtains and hooks to hang your clothes in the toilet. You can also open the windows for ventilation. Overall a value for money accomodation and I would recommend it if you would like to experience a more authentic experience and stay away from the busy area of BKK. Note: there is a cute neighbourhood cat that loves staying in the BnB so this is something to note if you are allergic or not comfortable with cats.
